I've been influenced by Ayurveda for as long as I can remember. Growing up in my father's alternative healing clinic, I was surrounded by thousands of clients and a wide spectrum of health conditions. From a young age, I developed an interest in healing, diving into Vasant Lad’s books and traveling to India almost every year. I’ve studied under Dr. Vikram Chauhan in North India and various Ayurvedic doctors in the South, particularly in Kerala—eventually earning three certifications in Ayurvedic science: Anatomy (2017), Diagnosis (2018), and Dietary Therapy (2019). To be transparent, these courses were offered through my father, so failure wasn’t much of an option—but honestly, most of my knowledge came less from textbooks and more from osmosis: being immersed in an environment of healers and absorbing the language, the energy, and the intention behind the work.
Old Revolution Herbals reflects my Ayurvedic knowledge, but also brings a fresh, innovative approach to herbal remedies. My goal is to stay true to what works while enhancing the potency of these plants, ensuring there’s no doubt about their effectiveness.
